The Ogre - Merchant License (Perpetual)

MERCHANT LICENSE AGREEMENT (PERPETUAL)

This Merchant License Agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions under which the purchaser (hereinafter, the “User”) is granted limited commercial rights to use the STL file(s) created by Sara González Guerra (hereinafter, the “Owner”).

1. OWNERSHIP

The STL file(s), including any associated assets and derivative content, remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Owner.
The purchase of this license does not transfer ownership or grant any intellectual property rights to the User beyond those expressly stated in this Agreement.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Owner grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual Merchant License, allowing the User to:

• 3D print the STL file(s)

• Sell physical copies only of the printed models

This right is granted solely to the User and may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed.

3. RESTRICTIONS

The User is strictly prohibited from:

a) Sharing, distributing, selling, sublicensing, or otherwise making available the STL file(s) in any digital format
b) Modifying, kitbashing, remixing, or using the STL file(s), in whole or in part, to create new digital or physical products for sale
c) Using parts of the STL file(s) in other projects, brands, or commercial content
d) Selling or distributing any derivative digital files based on the original STL
e) Using the STL file(s) in mass production environments or through third-party manufacturing services without prior written consent

4. LIMITED MODIFICATIONS

The User may perform minor technical adjustments strictly for printing purposes, such as:

• Rescaling

• Cropping

• Adding supports

These adjustments do not grant the right to distribute or sell modified digital files.

5. ATTRIBUTION

When sharing images or videos of printed models on social media, online stores, or websites, the User must provide visible credit to the Owner:

“Sculpt by Sara Glez” (or equivalent)

6. COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION

This license allows small-scale commercial use only. Up to 2000 sales.
For large-scale production, distribution, or business partnerships, the User must obtain a separate commercial agreement from the Owner.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

The User agrees to:

• Keep the STL file(s) confidential

• Take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access or distribution

8. LIABILITY

Any breach of this Agreement may result in legal action, including claims for damages.
Upon request, the User must immediately delete all digital copies of the STL file(s) and cease any commercial activity derived from them.

9. DURATION

This Agreement is granted in perpetuity unless terminated due to breach of its terms.

By purchasing and using the STL file(s), the User acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated in this Agreement.
